As iGaming industry veterans, we continue to see a lack of ingenuity, with the same issues repeating itself.

We continue to see...

  • THE SAME...

    Complicated and/or uninviting iGaming platforms.

  • THE SAME...

    Cookie-cutter sites.

  • THE SAME...

Lackluster technology, often with fancy names attached to them.

  • THE SAME...

Lack of variations and/or products being touted by companies as having 'numerous' integrations to choose from.

  • THE SAME...

    Uninspiring customer bonuses and incentives.

  • THE SAME...

    Ho-hum customer service.

  • THE SAME...

Inexperience. This being possibly the worst issue we continue to see; iGaming companies with inexperienced employees. Hiring your buddy who ran HR for an oil company and now holds a 'product innovation' position, or a 'marketing and design expert' whose last job was at shipping company (with many more examples) and placing them into positions of driving an iGaming company forward. The same lack of experience is still prevalent across iGaming companies today.

Highly qualified iGaming employees are hard to find - we know this. At Zefr Media, we're proud of our network of industry leading experts - curated over decades of working in the iGaming industry. Experience-based equates to results.

Let's be clear: we hold in high regard a select few iGaming operators who currently dominate the marketplace. Back in 2004, when we launched our initial sports betting operations, it was the culmination of extensive market research. We amalgamated the leading attributes from each existing market leader and elevated them - including ground-breaking features not yet seen in the marketplace. Our platform was subsequently mimicked by every leading sports betting company.

We're laying the foundation for the launch of yet another industry-leading iGaming platform. As we've done before, our platform is grounded in meticulous research and a deep understanding of customer needs (KYC). We prioritize simplicity, fun, and exceptional customer service. Infused with our experience-driven approach, our platform is crafted around today's cutting-edge technology, fueled by our blood, sweat and tears - our experience.

Once again,

the competition will be following

our lead
